The most unique player in the 2024 NFL Draft visited the Colts
Trevor Ruszkowski-USA TODAY Sports

It seems the Indianapolis Colts wanted a closer look at one of the most unique NFL Draft prospects of all time.

As CFL CB Qwan'tez Stiggers' is reportedly visiting the Colts on Monday.

Stiggers is as unique of a draft prospect as you will see. Not only is he not coming straight out of college, he has never played a down of college football. Last year, in fact, he made his professional football debut in the CFL with the Toronto Argonauts. He was named an East Divison All-Star and the CFL's Most Outstanding Rookie after recording 56 total tackles, 12 pass deflections, and five interceptions.

At his Pro Day, he measured 5'11" and weighed 204 LBs with 30.5" arms. He tested as an elite athlete for the CB position after running a 4.45 40-yard dash and recording an impressive 10'8" broad jump.

The Colts have a clear need at CB, and many expect them to address that pick early in the 2024 NFL Draft. But if they chose to add a CB on day three, Stiggers' athletic profile fits what the Colts typically look for at the position. The ball skills he displayed in the CFL B will be enticing to teams, who will hope they can help him replicate his success in Canada in the NFL.
